Compensation:
Tired of the $50 "mini" commission as an automotive sales person? The Shaker Auto Group's minimum compensation is $295 per unit, and that's just the minimum, you could earn much more! Our technicians provide quality services to our customer vehicles as well as our inventory vehicles. Inspecting, Diagnosing and Repairing every vehicle with the highest level of expertise is the main priority in our Service Department.
Ford Certified, Kia Certified and Specialty Technicians/ Transmission Technicians are always in high demand and will be paid based on Certification and Experience.
